Privacy notice
This notice covers the Bordie waitlist on this site.
Who we are
The waitlist is run by Ikenna Nwagbara, Bordie's founder, as an individual. Bordie does not yet have its own company. When it does, this notice will name that company and be updated.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your answers to the waitlist questions: who you are, what your agent trades, which broker, whether you would route orders through a separate service that holds the broker key, and any notes you add.
- When you joined and when you confirmed.
- To stop the form being flooded, a one-way scrambled value made from your internet address mixed with a random value that we throw away each day. We keep it only for that day. We never store your internet address itself in our database. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, does handle visitors' internet addresses to serve the page and to stop abuse of it, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers.
Why we collect it
- To send you one email asking you to confirm your place. A place counts only after you confirm.
- To read your answers, reply to you, and perhaps ask you for a short call about Bordie.
We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and the waitlist database.
- Resend, which sends the confirmation email and nothing else, under Resend's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Signups that are never confirmed are deleted after 7 days.
Confirmed signups are kept until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Deleting your details
Write to us at the address below and we will delete your signup and answers. You can also ask what we hold about you.
